Return Policy

We want to do everything we can to make you a satisfied customer; we want you to love what you’ve ordered. But, if something is not right, please send us an email to hello@LOMdsgn.rs within 3 days from the delivery date. All returns will be happily accepted in cases that the item doesn’t fit right, or in cases the item has any manufacturing faults and damages, within 30 days from the date of your purchase.

Items that are damaged in transport are the responsibility of the selected courier service. We suggest opening and inspecting of the goods in front of the courier before signing the receipt of the order. LOM dsgn will not be held responsible for such misconduct of it’s goods.

The returning item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, labels/tags attached, in original packaging, and not modified/damaged/repacked.

Refunds are processed when item(s) you are returning are received. Until it’s received by us, the condition of the item you are returning is your responsibility. LOM dsgn will not be held responsible for any goods damaged in transport, or any other damage applied to the goods before their arrival. We will not process refunds for items that have clearly been damaged from use, that are torn, stretched or stained, or in any way show signs of use. All products must be returned in their departure condition (from us)  and the package case intact. If everything is acceptable and approved, we will process your refund. Exchanges can only be done for domestic orders. We cannot refund the shipping costs. Shipping costs will have to be covered in total by you, the customer, however, if it’s determined that the fault is ours (damaged or wrong item), the shipping costs will be covered by us.

Canceling your order
If, for some reason, you decide to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible. If your order has not been processed yet, we’ll let you know if your cancellation was successful. Please note that usually orders are processed within 3 business days.
